Since 2023 I have been building banking web applications at Arolitec: application architecture, the PostgreSQL relational schema, REST and GraphQL APIs in Node.js and NestJS, and the access-control model that sits under all of it. Under the name Codeur d'Ivoire I also ship my own React Native apps — three so far on Google Play — built for networks that drop, prepaid data and dual-SIM phones.

Background Eraser removes a photo's background with AI without ever sending the image to a server — the whole process runs on the device. You then fix the result by hand — brush, restore, zoom — and export a transparent PNG or an HD JPG.

Currency Converter Offline keeps rates locally and refreshes them hourly whenever a connection is available, so conversion keeps working when the network drops and sync picks itself back up when it returns. More than 170 currencies, historical charts, and 20 interface languages.

Simpli Code brings together the USSD codes and Mobile Money services of all three operators — Orange, MTN and Moov — and runs them on the user's behalf. It handles dual-SIM phones, generates the input fields each step expects, and chains the levels of a multi-step code automatically.
Method
Four principles drawn from banking systems and offline mobile, applied to every project.
I start with the relational model and its constraints: a badly shaped table costs months, a well-prepared migration costs an afternoon.
Every feature goes through code review and merge-request validation, unit and integration tests, then a CI/CD pipeline that builds, tests and deploys without a manual step.
I assume the connection will fail: write locally first, sync later, and come back to a consistent state when the network returns.
Authentication, user profiles and role-based permissions belong in the architecture, not in a layer bolted on just before acceptance testing.
